Latitude 5500, eBay, BIOS password
Hello! I bought a Dell Latitude 5500 laptop on eBay that has some kind of admin password set up. I wrote to the seller in vain, he doesn't answer. However, I don't have access to all updates. I don't want to send it back because I've already installed a lot of things since then. Is there a way to delete or change the password?
Sziasztok!

You will need the password from your seller -- otherwise, return the system for a refund or add the cost of a replacement system board to the price you paid for the system.

This is the problem, that he has not responded for weeks. And I would fail a lot on the return. In addition, time has already run out. Is there no other solution?

No, there is not.
This is exactly the problem, that he hasn't responded for weeks. And I would fail a lot if I sent it back. Plus, the time has already passed. Is there no other solution?
