Laptop stopped working – No response, need invoice and support
Hello Dell Support,
I purchased a Dell Inspiron 14 Plus laptop on April 2, 2025, while I was living in Orlando (USA) during my exchange program. I returned to Brazil in early June.
On July 5th, while the laptop was connected to the charger, it suddenly made a loud electrical noise (like something short-circuited), and then it completely shut down. It hasn’t turned back on since.
I contacted Dell Support in Brazil, but they refused to assist me because the international support period had expired by just 4 days. In a rush, I submitted a warranty transfer request via Dell USA’s website.
Unfortunately, I cannot make international calls from Brazil, and the email contacts I tried are no longer active. I’m stuck without support and urgently need help.
I can share the Service Tag and the warranty transfer confirmation number via private message if needed.
Please let me know how I can proceed to receive support or initiate a repair under warranty.
