Laptop issue wireless connection

Wireless connection automatically disconnected frequently. When there is no problem at other systems. I have purchase laptop before 4 months back. I have talked with customer care executive. She gave token number 215068250. My son online study is getting disturbed too much. He is taking preparation of jee dropper class. He is frustrated. I want your positive call. I already updated Operating system as per customer care executive. She takes my system more than 90 minutes but no improvement. System description: laptop dell OIN353034071RINS1MO  84DS554.
