Hi
Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
Is it physically damaged?
Does any part(s) actually work?
What are you hoping for from this forum?

The standard Dell warranty does not cover accidental damage.
