Laptop Has 3 Critical Errors In First Two Months - Return / Full Refund Requested
I physically received the laptop on Feb 12th.
I experienced the first critical error (RAM/Memory problem) on Feb 14th.
I sent the laptop out to be repaired on Feb 15th.
I received the laptop back from repairs on the 22nd with a motherboard replaced.
The second problem occurred on Feb 25th (RAM/Memory/Operating System problem).
I sent the laptop back out to the repair center on Feb 26.
I received the laptop back from repairs on March 3rd.
The third problem occurred today, March 21st (RAM/Operating System/BIOS problem).
Some stats for you:
Total days elapsed since physically receiving the lapmargin: 0;">Total days the laptop has been in the mail or at the repair center: 12
Total days I have physically had the laptop in my possession: 25
I want to return the machine. I want a full refund. This is unacceptable. How can this machine have three MASSIVE critical errors in such a short time, even including the repairs. Makes no sense.
I want my money back.

Total days the laptop has been in the mail or at the repair center: 12
Total days I have physically had the laptop in my possession: 25
Since there was some format problem in the original post.

Ask for a replacement system. You will not receive a refund once 30 days elapse after shipment.

@ejn63 The fact that it has had three critical errors in the time I've had it (which again, to reiterate, I have not physically had the laptop more than 30 days) is unacceptable.
Is there no way they would refund??
