(Lack of) Customer Care
I received a desktop computer but not the monitor adapter (ordered separately). Delivery of the adapter has been delayed twice with no explanation, so I cannot use the computer. I've no idea whether or if the adapter will eventually be delivered or whether there will be further delay. Most importantly there seems to be no way of contacting Dell to find out ... certainly no effort to care for customers. Extremely frustrating!
