KM7321W, warranty is not available as advertised
Hi,
I have been trying to get a replacement for my Dell Premier Multi Device Wireless Keyboard and Mouse KM7321W as the keys on the keyboard are falling off (no physical impact or destructive typing). Further, the scroll wheel of the mouse behaves erratically with the page jumping off (have cleaned it and done all updates etc.). The email support send you back to a tech support phone number but that has no option for these items. Selecting the tech support or customer care option over the phone simply disconnects the call pointing me to the website. Dell has made it impossible to get any support or replacement of these products.
