KM3322W, defective mouse, replacement

Dear Customer Support Team ,

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am experiencing with the Dell USB Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Set - KM3322W, which I purchased on 18th February 2024 (Amazon order number: 408-5697206-6674762). As per the product details, it comes with a 3-year warranty. 

Unfortunately, the left button of the mouse is not functioning properly. There is no any physical damage with the device. It does not register clicks consistently, which is significantly affecting my productivity at work.

I kindly request you to consider this as a warranty claim and provide a replacement mouse at the earliest convenience.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance and a prompt resolution to this matter. I look forward to your response.
