KM3322W combo, keyboard not working

Hey @Rakesh L — I came across your post about the KM3322W combo where only the mouse was working but the keyboard wasn’t. Did you manage to get the issue resolved? If yes, can you please share how you fixed it or if Dell provided any replacement/solution? I’m facing a similar issue with the same model and would really appreciate any help!
