Keyboard two buttons are ain't functioning

I bought a Dell wireless Keyboard and Mouse-KM3322W from AMAZON. I am encountering the non-functioning of the HOME and PG UP buttons. I wrote an email as well for the same issue regarding warranty. Kindly, fix this issue.
