Just lost a customer
I have been a loyal Dell customer for over a decade and never had any real issues. I have purchased several laptops over the years and always paid them off early. I paid off my last purchase in December 2022. None of us, myself, my wife or my daughters have been in need of anything since that time.
Comenity bank purchases the account and now I find out my account was cancelled due to inactivity. There has never been an issue with my account balance being at $0 before Comenity.
If this is the way decade long customers are treated, I will never buy another Dell product through Dell and may not buy Dell at all. One of the reasons I stayed loyal was the easy buying and financing experience. With that out the window, there are several laptop manufacturers that are comparable for my needs.
I guess the next time we need laptops, I will find a deal at Best Buy.
