IT Manager, salesperson complaint
I have a salesperson assigned to our company, <Posting a non-Social Dell employee name is not allowed. Read through the Code of Code conduct. DELL-Admin>. Unfortunately, I find this salesperson to be incompetent. If our company is to continue doing business with Dell, we need a new representative. He has cost our company over $2000 by sending the wrong server equipment and stating it was non-refundable. On a subsequent attempt, not all the requested equipment was delivered. After purchasing additional hardware, he informed us that a vital piece of hardware was no longer sold or supported, rendering the new network cards useless. He then offered to sell us new servers.
Additionally, I requested 32-inch curved monitors, but he quoted us for straight ones without mentioning the discrepancy. As a result, my CEO received straight monitors instead of the curved ones he requested. This has caused significant frustration.
Moreover, I sent an email requesting his manager reach out to me, but I never received a response. We urgently need a competent representative to handle our account.
