Is there an email address that I can complain something?

Hi, I recently received software support from Dell, and I'm writing to formally request a contact method (email or otherwise) to file a complaint regarding my experience.

There are two major concerns I would like to raise:

1. Hardware failure within the first year
I purchased my Dell computer in August last year. Unfortunately, it started showing critical issues such as persistent blue screens with various stop codes — all before even reaching the one-year mark. This failure has severely impacted my work, forcing me to stop an urgent project due next Monday.

2. Inadequate and misleading support
Despite clear signs of hardware failure, I was repeatedly told by hardware support that this was a software issue. I was advised to purchase paid software support, which I did ($99). However, once I spoke with the software support agent, she confirmed that the issue was indeed hardware-related and suggested sending the device in for repair.

As a result, I WASTED THREE DAYS following an unnecessary support path — time I could not afford to lose given my deadlines. This experience has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration.

For these reasons, I would like to escalate this matter appropriately.
Could you please provide me with the proper email address or channel where I can submit an official complaint?
