Is my “new” AW2725QF used?
I have bought AW2725QF from official distributor since Dell doesnt sell directly in my country (Turkey). The boxes seal wasnt broken but there are scratches in rod part of the monitors metal part. How does this happen? Also the box interior was a bit messy. My country doesn’t sell refurbished stuff and seller says its brand new unopened box. My warranty seems to have started on February 16 when I bought on April 4 2025. Explain please?

It's very likely that Dell employees can only confirm if the product was shipped directly from Dell. When a product was sold by third party reseller, only the seller can provide to you the assurance of the condition.
The warranty date started when the reseller purchased from Dell for resell. To register your Dell monitor purchased from a reseller, you'll need to initiate an ownership transfer to get the product registered under your name and your warranty coverage. Information and Instructions can be review at this guide https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000125103/ownership-transfer-and-dell-product-registration-guides

@Chino de Oro thanks for answering. Well i think they can see if my product went under repair or refurbished.
about transferring ownership, my warranty should start when i recieve the product and go on 3 years after that. Will the transfer fix that?
according to shipping infos on the box, thirdparty bought this monitor in december and recieved in december 2024. So nothing on February 2025

Only your seller can answer, and the only support you have is through them -- not Dell. The 3-year warranty applies only with direct-from-Dell purchases.
If your seller cannot explain and isn't reliable enough to support the monitor, your best course of action is to return the monitor to them for a refund, and purchase a monitor that has manufacturer support wherever you're located.
