Inspiron 7790 AIO, awaiting replacement parts

One or more parts needed to complete your repair are still delayed. Check back later for updates to your repair status.

I sent my 2020 Inspiron 7790 AIO, in to get fixed around July 3th, and received an estimated cost for replacement of MOTHERBOARD & LCD SCREEN DISPLAY & PANEL, which I have paid for in fully. I then find out that there is a delay with no estimated time of availability which is unacceptable and all they can offer me is to send back the system unrepaired and refund the costs which is also unacceptable. What is the point of buying computer systems from them if they don't keep up their inventory of computer parts for systems that they classify at end of life and won't extend warranty either. I called multiple times and been told to wait 24 to 48 hours for them look into the matter and each time I have been told that they don't know when the parts are going to be available or even if they are ever going to be available which is unacceptable. If they can't repair systems that they built and are now at out of warranty state and cannot be renewed and are at end of life, also don't have the parts to repair the systems, then they should offer free of charge similar systems. As of August 2nd, I still don't have answers to my questions and refuse to have my system sent back to me unrepaired and I demand actions to be taken to rectify these problems within their company and computer repair company and within their suppliers.

What model system do you have?  Just about anything over four years old will not have parts availability -- from any manufacturer.  If you really want to have the system repaired, there are other options (parts-people.com in the US), but the cost of replacing all those components on an older system will likely exceed the value of the system appreciably.
