Inspiron 16 5620, repeated unresolved issue, multiple service visits

I am writing to formally report an ongoing issue with my Dell laptop. Despite visiting the authorized Dell service center five times for repair, the problem with my device still remains unresolved. Each time, I was assured that the issue would be fixed, but the same problem persists even after repeated servicing.

This repeated inconvenience has caused significant disruption to my work and loss of time. I request that Dell provide a permanent and effective resolution to this issue at the earliest or consider a replacement if necessary.
