Inspiron 15 3520, complaing about onsite technician

Dear Dell Support,

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the lack of response after a service visit by one of your technical engineers. The engineer replaced some parts of my Dell laptop but did not install the necessary software <Dell onsite technicians are only tasked with installing hardware and the applicable hardware driver. They are not assigned to install any software. DELL-Admin> or provide any proper guidance. Despite the visit, the laptop is still not functioning properly. I have not received any follow-up or support since then, and this delay is severely affecting my work. I am suffering due to this unresolved issue, and the lack of timely assistance is causing me unnecessary stress and harassment.
