Inspiron 14 5430, escalation requested

Dear Dell Support Team,

I have been facing ongoing issues with my Dell laptop, and despite multiple complaints, the resolution provided has been unsatisfactory. The customer care team and senior authorities I have spoken to so far have not been able to resolve my concerns or even properly understand the situation.

  1. Faulty Touchpad Replacement: I initially requested a replacement due to a color mismatch, but in the last service, a damaged touchpad was installed instead.

  2. Warranty Denial for Hinges: My hinges are faulty, yet Dell is refusing to replace them under warranty, incorrectly claiming “wear and tear.”

  3. Keypad Malfunction: My keypad is not working properly, and despite regular complaints, no action has been taken.

  4. Lack of Proper Resolution: The customer care team keeps saying the "back-end team has refused" my requests without providing a valid reason or solution.

Since my concerns remain unresolved and I am not getting proper assistance, I request to escalate this matter to a higher authority within Dell who can provide a fair resolution. Please connect me with the appropriate decision-maker at the earliest.
