Inquire about the Reg model

Hello everyone,
Could you please let me know how to verify the Reg Model number of a product using the Service Tag?

Recently, we purchased a Dell laptop with the trade name Dell Inspiron 3520, with the Service Tag: [XXXXXX].
However, on the product label, it only shows Reg Model: P112FM02.

We would like to obtain official documentation from Dell that confirms Reg Model: P112FM02 corresponds to the trade name Dell Inspiron 3520.
This is important because the product label does not mention the name Inspiron 3520 anywhere.
