That system was made by Compal Electronics -- but I doubt you'll get information from them about it.

Do you have any documentation to prove that it was manufactured by Compal? We urgently need it to provide to the local authorities in order to complete the product circulation permits. Thanks

I don't know why you'd need that level of detail (the Dell certification should take care of whatever you're doing), but the mainboard part number starts with LA- -- these are Compal board numbers.
ODMs rarely document the systems they make publicly -- finding anything official from either Compal or Dell will be difficult or impossible.

As I understand it, in my local area, in order to obtain approval to distribute the product, the authorities require information about which Dell factory the product was manufactured in. In the ISO certifications, I see that Dell mentions two factories located in China. The product I’m inquiring about is labeled ‘Made in China’, and I would like to find out which specific factory it was produced or assembled in, so I can provide this information to the local regulatory agency.
thanks

You're not going to be able to find that information about any notebook computer. And since Dell uses multiple ODMs, Compal, Quanta and Wistron all included, unless you collect all of them you'll be out of luck.
It's also not clear why you need the information about a system that's from 2022 and hasn't been available as a new model in quite some time.

Thank you for sharing the helpful information. I’m still waiting for someone who might be able to confirm where this model was manufactured. This information serves as a basis for obtaining the circulation permit in my local area. I understand that regulations vary from country to country, but in my country, this is a requirement.
