Inoperable not repaired.
My laptop was sent for repair and was supposed to be returned, but was delivered to the wrong address in another State. It was tracked down and supposedly sent to me as a repaired unit. The laptop, although a new top end unit, but not the 2TB unit I paid for was not working. It had been overheating and produced a very loud buzz then shut down. I called your technicial support and the man was not interested in walking me through diagnosis, but rather pressured me to buy an extended warranty instead. I called again now and was told the new one (2025) was out of warranty as if it was my responsibility to again pay for repair. I paid for the shipping and received my box to return. This is entirely not my responsibility to pay either repair or shipping again for a laptop that was never repaired. Even sent to another state and my fedex account stated was signed by someone named DELL. I need for Dell to refund shipping and send me the repaired laptop.i had paid for in full.
