Incorrect warranty expiration date

I bought my laptop in December 2023, and it has a two-year warranty, meaning the warranty should end in December 2025. However, when I go to the warranty check page, it shows that it ended in March 2023. Why? I have the invoice and all proofs. I contacted support, but they didn't respond at all. Please translate this message into English and phrase it as a formal letter to Dell company.

You need to contact your seller for an explanation and resolution.  For the warranty to have expired in March 2023, it would have to have been built in late 2022.  Any warranty you have now would be through your seller, if there is one.
