Incorrect invoice data

Dear,
In March and April, we purchased laptop parts from you via your platform for 3 devices. The invoices we received contain incorrect information. Our accountant has informed us that you need to sign the correction document we sent and return a scanned copy to us so we can settle the VAT. Please do not refer us to the seller as the parts were purchased directly from you (from Dell) and the invoice in question was issued by your company. Can you help us?
