Impossible To return the product

Hello

Inwant to return the laptop that i bought 2 weeks ago. When i click return, it says online return is Impossible and i need to contact dell. But dell never replied.

After further review of the query I can confirm that unfortunately, Dell is not in a position to meet the expectations you are seeking and offer return or exchange of your order.

 

The order was placed under business segment and company name PROVISIA SAS and due to this, the Consumer Act 2015 does not apply to your purchase. Consumers have the right to return any goods purchased within 14 days of delivery, for no apparent reason, but because you purchased as a business customer you don’t have this right as per our terms and conditions of sale.

I regret if you find this decision less than satisfactory, but trust you understand Dell position in the matter.

To connect with the Dell representative by private message, click on the Dell-cares link.  Then use the Direct-Messages link in the upper right of the screen.  

Usually, you're better off calling Dell customer support in your location.  Use the contact link at the bottom of the screen to find the number.
