I want service for my laptop latitude 7430

I think it is an inches issue.

I am not satisfied  with the build quality of the laptop there is no physical damage on laptop. I was just opening the laptop and I feel it is tighter then usual and I see the display border is cracking if I open.

I need service for my laptop as soon as possible as this is provided by my company for work.
