I need proof of my purchases and amounts paid for items

I need proof of my purchases and amounts paid for items I purchased for work. I find the Purchase ID#, Invoice #s, Customer #s and Order #s. I find where a credit card was used but I cannot see where or when the items have been paid for and have zero balances on any form. My employer requires this information before I can be reimbursed for my credit card, work related purchases from Dell.
