I made my order yesterday but I will like to upgrade it

I ordered a monitor yesterday unfortunately I placed the order with and FHD instead of a QHD. There is a way I can change it. I would like to use the black Friday discounts.

You cannot change an order once it is placed.  Call (do not email or chat) and cancel the order.  Then place a new one.  You have a limited window to cancel the order -- once the order goes to "production", it can't be cancelled -- by that point, your only option will  be to wait for delivery and arrange a return.

@ejn63 thanks for answering. In the return case, it would be also recommended to place a new order? And then once the product arrives to request a return, I would receive a refund in that case?

The downside of that is that you'll be paying return shipping on the returned item at minimum, and possibly a restocking fee.

Thanks @ejn63 unfortunately due to the internal process of Dell is the only way no manage things. Is unfortunate and made me question their sustainability approach. I will keep it in mind for future purchases. Not to mention that you have been the only one providing concrete answers. It's impossible to contact the customer service.
