Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
I assume it has been reported as stolen?

Only if it was activated with a Microsoft account can you track or lock it. If it was, log into your MS account and lock the system.
