I have paid for my computer, but my order has not been confirmed,What I bought is not in my history
This is the first time I use Dell to buy a computer. I think DELL's system may have some problems. I created an account to buy laptops. I bought a G15 gaming laptop ($1299.99) at noon on Friday, November 19, 2021. After I placed an order, I did have the order number, but the order was not in my history. I can only query by entering the order number. I waited till 5pm, my order was not confirmed and the money was not paid. I will ask customer service. The customer service said that there was a problem with my payment method (because I was a little late to confirm the bank's inquiry email), then I went to call, and the staff helped me and fixed it. Then the money in my card was deducted immediately. When I went to check the order at night, the order was still not confirmed! First, I don’t understand why the order I placed is not displayed in the history of my account, but I have the order number and payment details. Second, after I applied for the staff to fix it, my credit card was deducted, but My order has not been confirmed. I am very anxious now, I feel I was cheated. please help me.
