I am unable to get my order status as I lost my order id
Hi
I tried contacting all DELL Customer Care and all are useless. I made the payment for Dell inspiron 5640 yesterday afternoon IST and I got order success message in Dell payment page and my Bank also confirmed that transaction was successful to Dell Store. I have my mobile number, email id and bank transaction detail along with time however, there is no Dell customer care number which is helpful in this regards. Its been pathetic. I have been trying to contact since last 24hrs however, its all in vain. Pathetic. Can Dell India contact my email id or email here so that we can discuss in direct message or in call?
