How to lodge a formal complaint with Dell India?
Within 1 year of purchasing the Dell laptop Dell G15 5511, there were countless issues and necessitated 4 engineer visits so far. Now, again, there is a critical issue and raised this with support, the service is dismal and leaves a lot to be desired. I have not yet voiced it out in any forum but I now feel the necessity to respond to this pathetic experience and that this complaint to some higher level.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
