How to get pay back of the computer that I bought from you over Ebay

I bought Dell Inspiron 16 7640 16" Touch Intel Core Ultra 7 155H,16 cores 1 TB SSD 32 with item number 226135878620 and <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin> of EBay, tracking number EEUS015901960TR0 and USPS tracking number CB350929595US. It reached my country but it didn't pass through from Customs of my country. So package was sent without any touch on it and it is handed from you on April 23,2025 at 08:00 am. But i still couldn't get my money back.
