How do I request my account be re-activated?

I had an account created as part of the Dell Rewards programme with my employer, but I can no longer sign into the account or reset the password as it’s been deactivated…

Is there any way of getting it reactivated? From my research, it doesn’t seem like this is something I can self serve on.
