How do I get Dell Support to work?
I received a faulty thin client out of the box and spent 4 hours on the phone with Dell Tech support being handed off in a circle and told that no tier 3 managers were available. I’m stuck with bad hardware now as they said they would send me a shipping label and swap it but didn’t. I’m half was through a 30k in hardware project and don’t know what to do as my main vendor has put me in a position where I’m stuck.

Dell support hasn’t followed through with anything they have said. I’m stuck with a doa thin client. I spent over 5 hours on the phone already. Service agent said they would overnight a replacement. no overnighted unit, no emailed shipping label, no follow up or response. What are my next steps? Community ideas please.
