How do I file complaint against bad service request.
Dear Dell Support,
I am writing to formally express my deep frustration and request immediate escalation regarding my ongoing laptop issue and the poor service I’ve received since December 2024.
Initially, my laptop experienced severe heating issues. Despite receiving onsite service from Dell Canada, the problem persisted. Over the last six months, I have undergone multiple service attempts, none of which resolved the issue.
In the most recent onsite repair, the technician failed to properly reassemble the laptop, which rendered the device completely non-functional. As instructed, I mailed the unit to the Dell Depot, only to receive it back scuffed, with a broken bottom panel, and still non-functional.
I then contacted Dell support again, only to be met with unhelpful responses and poor communication from both the support manager and the Dell request handler, who refused to address my concerns and continued to insist on sending the device back to the depot, despite its track record of damaging the laptop further.
At this point, I am no longer willing to accept additional repairs. I am requesting the following:
Immediate replacement of my laptop with an equivalent or better model.
Assignment of a new, competent representative who can handle this matter with professionalism and urgency.
A formal apology for the inconvenience and damage caused by the repeated service failures.
I expect a fair and timely resolution to this issue. If not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this through consumer protection channels, social media, and review platforms.
