How do customers escalate their grievances?

Please let know why the Grievance officer and Nodal officer email/ phone nos. are not given on site. Then how do customers escalate their grievances? If Grievance officer and Nodal officer are real staff and paid salaries then why their contact not showing up so that customers can reach them. Pls clarify. This is bad customer services and unfair and misleading customers.
