How can i actually contact someone to create a customer complaint?
I have gone back and forth with the people from India about support services associated with premium support. When numerous attempts on several support sessions failed to resolve the issue, I was sent addresses to third party support facilities to drop my device off at. These were around 60 miles away. The email said to call to schedule service. Upon calling both locations, they said that they didn't carry spare parts, so if anything was needed they would have me send it in to Dell for service. Contacting tech support, or any other Dell number landed me back in Sri Lanka arguing about how they can't give me the address to send in my laptop. when i called in trying to lodge a complaint, I get sent back to Support, and they say that they can't transfer me to a supervisor, or to the US and usually hang up on me. I could go on, but this probably won't be reviewed by a human and will never be acted on, so why waste the time. I'll just go with a samsumg or panasonic next time.
