Horrible experience with Dell /UPS delivery

Horrible experience with Dell /UPS delivery. Wasted two days in, waiting, no sign of it, endless promises it will arrive and nothing happens. Impossible to get through to Dell customer services - even the 'Dellcares' bot on X doesn't respond! What is a loyal customer to do but give up on Dell? Such a shame as i've been a customer for about 30 years, never used anything but Dell. But we are people and we need customer service to work. I see from a quick Google that this experience is now normal for Dell deliveries. So i'm sadly turning my back on this company now. Very sad about it; you used to be so great :(
