Horrible Customer Service
I am trying to get a simple concern regarding my Dell Rewards balance addressed, and I have been hung up on twice and transferred at least seven times. I just called back again, only to be told I missed the business department by 30 seconds, so I need to call back tomorrow.
Suggestion: Stop outsourcing your support offshore to call centers, where the reps know nothing, clearly do not care, and have no authority to help a human being.
