Hinge Problem - Dell Inspiron 3000 - worst model and customer service

I am extremely dissatisfied with my Dell laptop due to repeated hinge issues. Despite careful handling, the hinge has broken/damaged again, making the device unsafe to use and affecting its overall performance. This is clearly a design flaw and not normal wear and tear.

I expected better durability and quality from Dell, especially for such a critical component. Instead, I’ve faced constant inconvenience, repair costs, and wasted time.

Unless Dell addresses this recurring hinge issue and takes accountability, I will not be purchasing or recommending Dell products in the future.
