Same issue here, even have pro support and dell support refused to resolve the issue, went back and forth with them for a while, my position is it was a defective design, given the number of complaints online. their response
"didn't find anything related to this type of issue, so in this case, we can't cover this, the only option is the quote. "

You need to call Dell support wherever you're located, assuming the system is under warranty.
