Get rid of Comenity

Just like many other complaints on this forum I have had nothing but problems with Comenity bank. They froze my account and now demand all sorts of proof of identity. Even though I confirmed everything over the phone they still sent me a letter demanding copies of documents like my drivers license, social security card and copies of w2's or other utility bills.  Dell has already lost a $500 sale from me over these issues. I purchased the items from Amazon the moment my order was cancelled for the second time. I have been using dell for at least 20 years now. If they don't take care of the issues with comenity they are going to lose all my business.
