G16, overheating, customer complaint
I bought a Dell G16 and it overheats immediately. The fan sounds like a jet engine even when idle, and it’s clearly defective. I sent it for repair three times in three months and Dell’s own team revealed it was a hardware issue, yet nothing was fixed.
This was supposed to be my work laptop. The device is still unusable, and Dell’s technical support has been slow, ineffective, and unhelpful.
Selling a faulty product and failing to repair it after multiple attempts. I'm not the exceptional case. I noticed that there are tons of similar cases of overheating. Anyone knows where to file a complain and ask for a refund for a defective laptop sold by Dell?
