frustration regarding the delayed exchange for my order

I’m writing to express my deep frustration regarding the delayed exchange for my order. On May 28, I purchased an Audio-Technica AT-LP60XBT-WW Turntable (White, Bluetooth). However, on June 2, I received the wrong item an AT-LP70 from your fulfillment center.
I promptly returned the incorrect product, and your records confirm its receipt. I was initially told the correct replacement would arrive by Monday, June 16, but I’ve now been given a new delivery date of June 26. This transaction has dragged on for nearly a month, which is completely unreasonable. I’m extremely frustrated and close to sharing my experience publicly if this issue isn’t resolved immediately.
I would request a refund, but the card I used for this purchase has since been canceled due to fraudulent activity, complicating that process.
Please provide an urgent update on how you will resolve this. I'd love to have my record player by tomorrow.
