Formal complaint against Macrohard Corporation

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable treatment I received from Mr. Nitin’s (From Bharuch, Dell Authorized Showroom “Macrohard Corporation” Proprietor) of your authorized Dell showroom in Bharuch. On

27-06-2025, I had called from my side to request software installation support for my Dell desktop (Invoice No: 3893 Dtd. 23/06/2025 (Payment Date 20/06/2025), enclosed). Despite having paid the full amount for the desktop, I was rudely refused service and treated with disrespect. Mr. Nitin’s behaviour was unprofessional, he acted as if I were a "beggar" and he is only dealer Dealer Dell product in all over India which is entirely inappropriate for an authorized representative of your brand.

Software installation is a basic expectation post-purchase, especially for a premium product. The refusal, coupled with Mr. Nitin’s (From Bharuch, Dell Authorized Showroom “Macrohard Corporation” Proprietor) dismissive attitude, violates Dell’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

His behaviour tarnishes Dell’s reputation. Other customers have similarly reported poor service from authorized centres, impacting trust in Dell’s partnerships.

If Dell’s authorized dealers fail to uphold service standards, it reflects poorly on the company’s quality control.

Requested Resolution:

  1. Immediate action against Mr. Nitin for misconduct.  
  2.  Assurance that such incidents won’t recur, with stricter oversight of authorized partners.
  3. Completion of the pending software installation or compensation for the inconvenience.

I have been a loyal Dell customer and expect the company to address this seriously. A prompt response within 02-03 days’ time is requested.
