Extended Warranty Not reflected in the Product Details

I have purchased a dell g15 laptop during nov 2022. Since then, I got a basic support for 3 years. Other that that, I have also purchased a 2 extra years of extended warranty but those details are not shown in the product details. The dell site is still showing nov 2025 as the end of support, which is included in the basic plan but not the extended plan that I purchased. Can you help me with that?
