I assumed that after an auto-reply that the service agents are unavailable due to non-office hours - someone would look at the message during office hour and reply. 

Let me know what is the expectation. It is an online forum - where pending messages can be read and responded during office hours, without the need to remind. 

Awaiting guidance on this.
