Engineer no-show without explanation

On 12 June 2025, I have scheduled for a replacement of my laptop screen on 16 June 2025, 1100hrs to 1300hrs. On that day, I have Call/Whatsapp technical support to find out why engineer no-show after 1330hrs, in fact I checked with them hourly till 1800hrs but no explanation from them. They only replied me in Whatsapp "We understand your concern. We have already escalated it to the concerned team. Please don't worry; an engineer will contact you shortly, and we will stay connected with you until the service is completed." and "I have reviewed your case. We’ve set up an on-site service for your product, and the service is scheduled. The team will contact you shortly to schedule the service.".

Today 17 June 2025, Whatsapp me to reschedule again. What a kind of service!!!

I'm really really very disappointed with Dell service and support. Dell support service standards have dropped or maybe they taking more care for Corporate users rather than Home users. Anyway TWO THUMB DOWN. This is my last product of Dell.
