Empty Alienware 16x Aurora Box

Team,

I need to bring this to your attention right away.

My Alienware Aurora 16X order arrived today, but the box was completely empty. It had clearly been opened and re-sealed before delivery. UPS confirmed they cannot initiate a claim on Dell’s behalf, and unfortunately Dell has no customer service coverage on weekends.

This leaves me stuck all weekend with no laptop, no way to start a claim, and no idea who at UPS handled an obviously tampered package. The delivery driver also handed me the box even though it was suspiciously light for a gaming desktop — which adds to the frustration.

I’m incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I trusted Dell to protect my purchase, but now I’m sitting here wondering who stole my computer in transit and why I’m left powerless to resolve it until Monday.

I need Dell to step in immediately Monday morning to:

  1. File the claim with UPS on my behalf.

  2. Expedite a replacement Alienware Aurora 16X.

  3. Review why an empty/tampered box was ever delivered to a customer.

Please escalate this as fast as possible. I chose Dell and Alienware for reliability — right now I feel completely let down.
