Email says battery delivered, but no where to be found! Can't contact Dell at all!

How do you contact Dell to complain? I got an email 3 days after a supposed delivery of a replacement battery for my laptop, however this delivery has not happened! Going through the various help and FAQS do not get me to a real person to ask what's going on, leaving with no option but to ask the community!? How is this good customer service?
